Bringing polo back, with heritage
Polo was never actually foreign.
Before it ever became polo, it was Sagol Kangjei, literally "horse-hockey" — a fast, fierce game played on horseback in the hills of Manipur for centuries, long before the British ever set foot there.
Officers stationed in India discovered it, loved it, and carried it home, where it became a symbol of country clubs and aristocracy.
The game's signature Polo shirt followed the same journey: reshaped, rebranded, and sold back to the world, including India, as something foreign. The story was never lost — just never told from here, from India.
